Partnership FAQs

When do I get the referral bonus?
As soon as the client you referred enrolls in our program and we receive payment from the client

What happens if the client I referred backs out or doesn’t finish the program?
You still keep the referral bonus. We will not make you responsible for refunds we provide.

What do you mean by “enrolled debt amount”?
Enrolled debt amount means the amount of debt we accept into our program. Some people have debts that we cannot help with so the referral bonuses are based off of the amount of debt we actually accept into our program.

How do we charge clients?
We charge clients a percentage based on their debt enrolled (between 15-17%). However, we only earn fees for accounts we reach a resolution for. If we are unable to reach a resolution for an account, we will not charge for it. Typically people will spend about 50-55% of what they owe to reset (including our fees).

How soon do clients rebuild their credit scores?
Typically after we complete the Reset program, we run a professional credit report and clients FICO scores are around 620-680. It should take them approximately 10 months or less to get to 700+

What happens to my client once they are finished with the program?
Once the client you referred finishes our program we will reconnect with you via email to help the client finish reaching their goals!
